Narus Health began as a personal journey and became a business. We have all witnessed the challenges that loved ones face when battling any serious illness. We must make decisions about care and treatment, all while understanding how to navigate the healthcare system.
Without information or a helpful guide, we can struggle with what to expect, how to manage symptoms, or how to get answers to our questions.
We formed Narus Health for one main reason: to help people. We know that sounds simple enough. But when a person is going through a difficult medical journey, there is nothing simple about it. That’s why we’re here.
So, is it actually possible to help the patient while also making things better for other people involved in the patient’s care? We think so. We spent a lot of time developing a service for you. And by you, we mean the patient, the caregiver, the doctor, and anyone else closely involved.
We become an advocate. First, we talk with you, the patient, to find out what challenges you’re facing. Then, we work with you to create a plan to help you fix those things. We then remain connected with you, the caregivers, the doctors, and any others, to help coordinate your care needs.
Of course, depending on whether you’re the patient, the caregiver, the doctor, the insurance company, the pharmacist, etc., you need different things from Narus Health. Don’t worry. We’ve planned for that.
